"I have had a pleasant experience with Joseph’s Organic Bakery. I’ve been purchasing their bread and have also purchased two kinds of their teas: the weight loss tea and the Cistus tea. Not only is the bread a healthy alternative for regular bread, but it is yummy! We eat bread often and my parents are diabetic so being able to continue eating bread knowing it isn’t going to have a negative affect is great. We run through it quickly. The teas are amazing as well. My mother has said that the tea has helped to lower her blood sugar levels significantly. She noticed the difference very soon after she started to drink the tea. Update: I have been eating the stone-ground vegan Kamut weight loss bread faithfully daily for the last 4 months. I have lost 12 pounds so far. I recently reached a "tipping point" and now I'm losing one pound a week. I feel great and full of energy.
The best part is it also straightened out my blood sugar. I start my day with one quarter loaf & a little salt with a glass of water. Super simple. I used to have hypoglycemia attacks at breakfast no matter what I ate (and I didn't eat any sugar). But now I feel great everyday. I am very grateful to these people. May they be blessed.
