Our Kamut Sourdough Breads are made with wholegrain stone ground kamut flour. We bake our Ancient Grain Breads like a thousand years ago. Our unique preparation method ensures high vitamin, mineral, fiber, probiotic, and enzyme levels. We also have Einkorn Breads made with wholegrain einkorn.
